Project Manager / CSM
Report To:
COO & President
Responsibilities & Duties (Included but not limited to):
- Delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.
- Maintain regular communication with assigned customers – understand expectation, form and frequency of communication. Inwardly acting as the customer and outwardly acting as LCI’s Representative.
- Assist in contract negotiations and management of contacts.
- Manage production priority schedule with other CSMs and planning team.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop and track project costs and provide cost estimated to customers as required – establish minimums.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs, communicate to internal and external customers / stakeholders.
- Measure project performance with planning and finance.
- Successfully manage and grow the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Receive notice of project input from customer and communicate to planning and finance.
- Collect necessary data.
- Research and confirm workscope items using planning and inspection resources.
- Develop initial cost estimate – (With buy in from QA and Production)
- Initiate Work Order.
- Call and run induction meeting.
- Track project progress, working with planning to include long lead-time items.
- Adjust cost estimate based on inspection findings, repairs, and customer supplied materials.
- Coordinate and manage CFM / COP.
- Communicate accurate project status to customer.
- Assist finance with invoice generation and approvals.
- Resolve customer concerns or open items to mutual satisfaction.
- Marketing – Daily.
Desired Applicant Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Good understand of aircraft materials, P/N and trace requirements.
- Quantum software experience
- Computer skills in MS Office products including – Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power point.
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Confident, outgoing and dynamic personality
- Strong creative outlook.

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
